Cancellation by the Customer

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or in case of no-show.

Cancellations Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Queen Mangrove Langkawi reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather conditions (e.g., high winds, lightning) or other factors beyond our control.

  • In such cases, we will offer:

  • An alternative date or activity (subject to availability), or

  • A full refund if no alternative can be agreed upon.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us by phone or email, providing your booking details and reason for cancellation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Third-party payment processing fees (e.g., credit card surcharges) are non-refundable.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests outside of the standard cancellation window may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificates, flight cancellations) may be required for exceptional refunds.

No-Shows

No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend the activity without prior notice.

Booking Amendments

  • Changes to bookings (e.g., date, time, number of participants) are subject to availability and approval.

  • Any additional charges or refunds arising from booking changes will be communicated and processed accordingly.
