  1. Booking and Reservation
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Queen Mangrove Langkawi (managed by BC Aira Enterprise).
  • Bookings may be made online via our website, by phone, or in person at our counter/office.
  • A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.
  • Booking confirmation will be issued via email or WhatsApp once payment is successfully received.
  1. Payment Policy
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, online transfer, or other methods as specified on our website.
  • All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the activity.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or for no-shows.

Cancellations by Queen Mangrove Langkawi

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to bad weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, customers may choose between an alternative date or a full refund.
  1. Participant Responsibilities
  • Participants must strictly follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our staff and guides.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they are in suitable physical condition to join the activity. Any medical conditions must be disclosed prior to participation.
  • Participants must respect local laws, customs, marine life, and environmental regulations during the activity.
  1. Liability Waiver
  • Participation in boat tours and water-based activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or property damage.
  • By participating in our activities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
  • Queen Mangrove Langkawi and BC Aira Enterprise shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from participation in our activities, except where caused by proven gross negligence.
  1. Age Restrictions
  • Certain activities may have minimum age or height requirements.
  • Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the minor’s safety and conduct.
  1. Changes to Activities
  • Queen Mangrove Langkawi reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any activity due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.
  • Affected customers will be notified as early as possible and offered suitable alternatives or refunds where applicable.
